Begin your experience by spending time with the baby goats as they roam, cuddle, and happily interact with guests. Enjoy plenty of opportunities for photos and simply being present with these playful animals before settling onto your mat for a calming Sound Bath to help quiet the mind and prepare the body for movement.
From there, instructor Sarah Bright will guide you through a 60-minute all-levels yoga class designed to help you build strength, improve mobility, and leave feeling refreshed and grounded. After class, relax with a refreshing summer mocktail while enjoying the peaceful atmosphere of the farm.
