Join us for a one-of-a-kind summer wellness experience featuring yoga, baby dwarf goats, and deep relaxation in a beautiful barn setting on a local farm.
This all-levels yoga class, led by instructor Sarah Bright, combines gentle movement with plenty of playful interactions from curious baby goats who love to explore, cuddle, and occasionally hop onto your mat.
After class, settle into a peaceful Sound Bath Savasana, then enjoy a refreshing summer mocktail while spending time cuddling the baby goats and taking photos.
Whether you're looking for a fun outing with friends or a relaxing solo experience, this event offers the perfect blend of movement, mindfulness, and connection with animals and community.
